Raquel de Carvalho is a Brazilian knitwear designer based in London. She holds a degree in Fashion Design from Faculdade Santa Marcelina and a postgraduate degree from the London College of Fashion. Raquel has gained valuable experience working with renowned brands such as Calvin Klein and Gareth Pugh, as well as collaborating with luxury Italian manufacturers on pieces for United Colors of Benetton, Bottega Veneta, and Alexander McQueen.

In 2022, Raquel achieved first place in the "Feel the Yarn" competition for emerging knitwear designers at Pitti Immagine Filati in Florence, where she showcased her collections for two consecutive years. She was also recognized as one of the honorees at the Circular Fashion Summit, sponsored by the Kering Group, later presenting her work at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.

In a short period, Raquel's work has been featured in many publications across several countries, including Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Portugal, Vogue Poland, Vogue Hong Kong, , 1Granary, Vogue China, Flaunt, Fault Magazine, Vogue Brazil, Vogue Turkey,Forbes Life, Fort Magazine,, Elle Magazine, Schon Magazine, L’Officiel, Glamour and Altered States Magazine

Her pieces have already been photographed by renowned photographer Tim Walker, and her latest collection appeared in Kylie Minogue's music video. Raquel collaborates with various international celebrity designers, and has dressed artists such as The Last Dinner Party, Indyra Moore, Sevdaliza, Elyanna, Pabllo Vittar, Urias, Kiana Ledé, Tink and more.
